Try It Out Tuesday #7 - This week we're asking you to be just a little bit healthier with your diet. While we think you should try this for the entire week (and maybe longer), we hope you can do this for at least a day or two.
Try avoiding sugar in your diet. Now, this doesn't mean the sugar you find in an apple, but it does mean the wonderfully delicious flavored syrup you might add to your coffee. We're also including an article that has some really great tips for curbing your sugar cravings.
