Since we are now 9-days into our 56-day challenge, we thought we'd focus on our goal of 56-workouts in 56-days. Thus, here's the Try It Out Tuesday challenge for this week!

Try a Team Training Session you've not done before. We have a few new ones on the schedule, so now is a great time. Plus, we've got a few of the regulars that are now one-hour.
