Another Soulful Sunday

Maybe this has been brought on by another amazing Soulful Sunday, or maybe it is because of the desire to create a FB page that is more personal and invites each of you to participate a bit the end, it is what it is.

This week has been filled with highs and lows. This is what makes life full, and as Tim mentioned in our team training session this morning, we all face obstacles in life and we can either see them as roadblocks or opportunities to grow. At L.I.F.T. we strive to create opportunities for growth. One of the ways we do this is by offering quarterly Technique Workshops. This past week we learned about working our legs. If you haven't attended one of these workshops, you are truly missing out. To say that Timothy is at his best when he is teaching in this type of setting is putting it mildly. One can watch the excitement grow with each word. And as Julie Gregory mentioned, "I learned so much!" (and this is coming from someone who knows a lot!). It allows each of us to ask questions that we might not normally ask (or have the time to ask), and we are given one-on-one answers to those questions that we all long to hear.

And as the writer of this post, I send a special thanks to everyone that was at Soulful Sunday this morning. I was presented with a low this week and the emotion poured out of me within the first song or two. So I send a TREMENDOUS thank you to Danny Duggan, who was riding beside me, for giving me that wonderful "high 5" and for simply being next to me providing me with motivation. We all worked HARD and the end result was spectacular!

Isn't that the way it is at L.I.F.T.....we are all blessed with a unique experience each and every day. We are a community, a family, a group of friends that support each other and push each other to be our best. I am grateful to be a part of something unique, where we always speak highly of one another and all negative thoughts and feelings are left at the door (actually...simply not existent in our lives as related to those we workout with at the studio). It is a place of complete acceptance of everyone in all of our various shapes, sizes, personalities, and everything else that we bring to the table. In the end, it is a place where all are invited, and we invite you to be your accomplish your know that we support you and look forward to sharing in your victories.

May you all have a wonderful week and we look forward to seeing you at the studio!
