Making you comfortable is our first priority. Let us help you remove the fear and intimidation that those big box gyms can produce. Rest assured, we are here to help and guide you. 

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes early to walk through your first workout with one of our great coaches. Don't forget to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable fitting clothes.
