Week #6 of the Challenge

We're in the midst of week six...can you believe we will only have two to go after this! You are doing a spectacular job and the numbers keep growing. 

This week we're back to working out the upper body. The challenge is 45 Gravity Shoulders (this is the one where you're head is at the bottom and you push up against the pull-up bar). Many of the Gravity beds are all set to go, so you can start the moment you walk through the door.
