Many of you have expressed an interest in learning more about the Express Training we mentioned in our last newsletter. Well, here's the scoop!
These are 30-minutes sessions that are geared for two individuals. The fee is $60 for the session ($30 for each participant or however you would like to split it). This is your chance to work specific parts of your body, or if you have unique fitness goals, we'll help you meet them. We currently have limited spaces still available, so if you are interested, please speak with Denise and we'll see what we can arrange.
