Take action NOW by creating your online profile, purchase your team training package, and register for your first training session. 

As for what to expect in your first session, we provide towels at no charge, you provide the water and proper workout wear. If taking one of our TEAM CYCLE sessions, we use SPD clips, so don’t forget your cycle shoes (we have some bikes with cages for those of you that don’t have cycle shoes…yet!). If you are participating in one of our Yoga sessions, please bring your yoga mat. In addition, we are members of the Polar Flow for Club program, which allows our members to monitor their heart rates and work effort during their training sessions. Please make sure you arrive 10-15 minutes early so you will be ready to go when your training session starts!
